SHIPPING INFORMATION
LUXE PLAYMATS
Our LARGE Playmats are primarily shipped using USPS or UPS via FBA. For rural areas your mat may be shipped using FEDEX or an alternate courier if the above cannot accomodate.
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days depending upon trading periods. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery and an extra 2-3 days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. Please allow up to 10 business days for all orders in regional areas.
At this present stage we only sell play mats in the USA, if you are international customer wanting to purchase one of our mats please email us at info@ilovemoodie.com
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 28 days and applies FULL PRICE items only, we do not offer refunds or returns on sale items. If 28 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email info@ilovemoodie.com for further instruction.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the intial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if it is posted without tracking.
